Descriptions of Inflation Tool--Shock Absorber Inflation Tool
Used to test the tightness of aircraft slide pipelines. Reduce the gas source pressure (nitrogen cylinder) to less than 0.6MPa through the first-stage pressure reducing valve, and then connect to the second-stage pressure reducer to fix the output pressure at 10psi pressure input.
A safety pressure relief valve is installed on the first-stage pressure reducer, which can automatically release the pressure in the pipeline that is higher than the normal value to prevent the output pressure from being higher than the working pressure value due to the abnormal function of the first-stage pressure reducing valve, which may cause equipment damage. Within the normal working pressure, the safety pressure relief valve does not release pressure.
